Kaizenko Distribution review: what we found
We ran every photo from the Kaizenko Distribution Facebook page through Google Lens reverse image search, and checked the receipt and tracking link they sent a buyer. Their warehouse and stock photos came from unrelated shops in the USA, Australia and elsewhere. The courier site was registered five weeks before the order.
Searching for kaizenkodistribution@gmail.com, +81 80-8358-6908 or a TransRoute Global tracking number?
If you were given a TransRoute Global tracking number in the format MC-########CARGO, or were sent a Kaizenko Distribution payment receipt, read this page before you pay anything else. Don't pay any "customs", "clearance" or "insurance" fee.

Stolen stock photos (reverse image search)
1. The "warehouse full of One Piece cases"
Kaizenko posts this as their own warehouse. It was posted in a One Piece seller group on Facebook on 22 Jul 2026 and by TikTok account @pokemontgctrade on 14 Sep 2026.

2. A second angle of the same warehouse
The same shelves and boxes from the side. Also on TikTok @pokemontgctrade (14 Sep 2026) and reposted by other Instagram sellers.

3. Pokémon 30th Anniversary Elite Trainer Boxes (two photos)
Both photos are from Australian streetwear shop The Good Kid (@thegoodkid.au)'s in-store restock post on 17 Sep 2026. Google found the same photos on 20+ other accounts.

4. Santa Cruz × Pokémon blind-bag skateboards
From skate shop launch posts for the 17 Oct 2026 in-store drop: @pureboardshop (13 Oct) and @atlasskateboarding (14 Oct).

The Kaizenko Distribution "payment receipt"
A buyer paid ¥93,000 by Wise for 10 "Pokémon 30th Anniversary Booster Bundles". The receipt (no. KD-20261101-001, issued 1 Nov 2026) claims the seller is in Japan, and its tracking link goes to transrouteglobals.com (below). We have redacted all personal details, including the buyer's details, the seller's phone and address, and the tracking number.

TransRoute Global (transrouteglobals.com): fake courier
Kaizenko's tracking link goes to TransRoute Global at transrouteglobals.com. A lookalike domain without the "s", transrouteglobal.com, also exists. Scammers run fake courier sites like this to show a parcel "in transit", then invent customs, clearance or insurance fees.
- 🚩 transrouteglobals.com was registered on 27 Sep 2026 (registrar Spaceship), yet it claims "48K+ shipments delivered worldwide every year".
- 🚩 transrouteglobal.com (no "s") was registered on 10 Sep 2026 at Hostinger and is parked. It was last changed on 27 Sep 2026, about 90 minutes after transrouteglobals.com was registered.
- 🚩 The site claims a Singapore head office but gives a US WhatsApp number.
- 🚩 The tracking invoice shows a placeholder registration number,
RC/DLA/2019/B/1234, and accepts cash, bank transfer or crypto. - 🚩 The tracking page says the parcel shipped from Tokyo on 31 Oct, but the receipt wasn't issued until 1 Nov. Its "Country" field contains a postcode instead of a country.
- 🚩 The tracking page shows the buyer's full name, home address, phone and email to anyone who has the link.

Red flags
- 🚩 Calls itself a distributor, but its warehouse and stock photos belong to other businesses.
- 🚩 Uses a free Gmail address instead of a business domain.
- 🚩 Sells hard-to-get products (30th Anniversary ETBs, sealed One Piece cases, Santa Cruz blind bags) in bulk at a "first-order discount".
- 🚩 Ships through a brand-new "courier" that only exists as a website.
- 🚩 Its logo copies the Pokémon logo's yellow-and-blue lettering.
FAQ
Is Kaizenko Distribution legit?
No. Its stock and warehouse photos were taken from other shops' social media, it uses a free Gmail address, and its tracking link goes to TransRoute Global (transrouteglobals.com), a courier website registered on 27 September 2026.
Is TransRoute Global (transrouteglobals.com) a real courier?
There is no evidence it is. The domain was registered on 27 September 2026 yet claims 48,000+ shipments a year, a Singapore head office with a US WhatsApp number, a placeholder registration number, and accepts cash, bank transfer or crypto.
Is kaizenkodistribution@gmail.com a scam?
Yes. That Gmail address is the contact on the Kaizenko Distribution receipt and Facebook page. The same operation uses stolen stock photos and a fake courier, TransRoute Global.
What is an MC-…CARGO tracking number?
Tracking numbers in the format MC-########CARGO come from the TransRoute Global website (transrouteglobals.com). The site shows a fake "in transit" status. It is not a real courier and real carriers will not recognise the number.
I paid Kaizenko Distribution. What should I do?
Stop paying, including any customs, clearance or insurance fees. Contact Wise or your bank immediately, report the Facebook page, and file a report with your national fraud agency.
If you've been contacted or paid them
- Don't pay "customs", "clearance" or "insurance" fees that the courier asks for. Those are part of the scam.
- Contact Wise straight away (in the app: the transfer → Help → report a scam), or your bank.
- Report the Facebook page as a scam, and report
transrouteglobals.comto its registrar at abuse@spaceship.com. - File a report: CICC (Philippines, hotline 1326), FTC (US), IC3 (US), Scamwatch (AU), Action Fraud (UK), CAFC (CA).
